filling the well

QWC was essential for my spiritual well-being and has continued to nurture my spiritual growth. Before I came to my first conference, my well was dry. I spent most meetings for worship in my MM nursing a baby, chasing a toddler, or managing multiple other children sitting on my bench. Coming to QWC, refilled my well. I again _felt_ the closeness of God's presence. Among other women I had the space to worship, express my gratitude for Christ's love and regain a sense of peace. This spiritual nurture made it possible for me to go home with more strength and a better perspective on my own life and God's love for me.
